Below cpupower utility command can be used on Linux hosts to check CPU C States on the Linux Hosts
# cpupower idle-info
NOTE: Note on some Linux hosts cpupower utils may not be installed by default. You will have to install it using yum commands.
Below is sample output of above command.
# cpupower idle-info
